Requirements
I’m working with a well-established small animal hospital in Aventura that is looking to welcome a full-time Veterinarian to its growing team. This is a modern, full-service practice with an excellent local reputation, a five-doctor roster, AAHA accreditation, and a genuine focus on high-quality, personalized medicine. The hospital offers a broad caseload spanning preventive care, medicine, surgery, dentistry, senior pet care, behavioral work, dermatology, oncology support, diagnostics, sick visits, and urgent care during regular business hours six days a week, so this is a role that can offer both variety and clinical satisfaction. What stands out here is the structure around the doctor. The team is set up to help you do your job well, with a strong staff-to-doctor ratio, flexible scheduling options, and a culture where leaving on time is the norm rather than the exception. There are no on-call or late-night expectations, and the hospital places real emphasis on relationship-based care, longer appointment times, and collaborative decision-making with clients. For a veterinarian who wants to practice good medicine in a well-supported environment, that makes a real difference day to day. You’d be joining an experienced and established clinical team in a clean, well-regarded hospital that has built trust in the community and maintains strong client satisfaction. The practice is also proudly multilingual, which adds another valuable dimension to client communication and continuity of care. Whether you are an experienced GP looking for a smoother, more sustainable position, or a doctor earlier in your career who would value working alongside multiple veterinarians in a collaborative setting, this is the kind of hospital where support is already built in. On top of that, the wider package is highly competitive, with ProSal compensation, a sign-on bonus, CE support, full license and dues coverage, retirement benefits, and future partnership opportunities. Key Highlights: • Full-time Veterinarian opportunity in a respected, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital • Competitive ProSal compensation with a generous sign-on bonus • Flexible scheduling tailored to your availability • No on-call, no late nights, and a culture that respects your time • Five-doctor team with strong support staff and a collaborative working environment • Broad caseload including medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care, and chronic case management • Partnership opportunities available through a large and well-supported veterinary network About You: • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Florida • Confident providing high-quality medical care to small animals • Enjoy working collaboratively with fellow doctors and a well-utilized support team • Keen to build strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of compassionate care Benefits: • Competitive ProSal package with production upside • Generous sign-on bonus package • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k), CE allowance, and paid licenses and dues • Paid holidays and generous PTO
