Calling all veterinarians in Fort Myers 📣 🐾 Are you tired of being a jack of all trades, and a master of none? Here at Atlas, we are pleased to be working with a hospital that are looking to offer an alternative way of working for veterinarians... with veterinarian wellbeing at the heart of their business model! They are not ‘full-service’ animal hospitals, they are the veterinary equivalent to your family practitioner. This means veterinarians are responsible for preventative care, diagnosing and treating minor illnesses/injuries, and managing ongoing medical conditions. Procedures such as Surgery, dentals, imaging, and euthanasia are all referred elsewhere, leaving you free to devote your attention to the pet you’re dealing with at the time. The benefits for the veterinarian are 10-fold: - You always leave work on time, not worrying that a pyometra is going to come just as you’re due to leave. - You don’t leave work with the mental toll of the cases you’ve dealt with that day. - You’re not having to juggle appointments, surgery, client follow-ups, vaccinations, dentals, all within the same day. - When a case needs to be referred, you can give your clients genuinely honest advice on where to take their pet for the best treatment, without your advice being influenced by production targets and financials, building trust and appreciation with your clients. - Add all this to an 8-hour day, and you’ll finally get to experience a genuine work/life balance. Join the 50+ veterinarians who have reignited their love for the profession and are enjoying a work/life balance like no other in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring and compassionate DVM that loves building relationships with their clients and educating them on their pets needs. It’s also a perfect opportunity for a large animal or equine veterinarian looking to transition into small animal work, or new and recent graduates that have realized that surgery isn’t for them. Regardless of experience, this is a real opportunity to eliminate many of the things that usually make veterinarians feel over worked. Interested? Keep reading!
