We are a three-doctor practice, occupying a 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art free-standing facility, offering you full diagnostics, internal medicine, surgery, and reproduction services. As a fully computerized hospital, we use our complete in-house lab, digital x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, and two surgery suites equipped with CO2 laser to provide the highest quality veterinary medicine available.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, high-volume front desk team. This position requires a candidate with a recent background working specifically in the veterinary feild. As the first and lasting impression of our hospital, you play a critical role in the client experience. We are looking for someone confident, professional, detail-oriented, and dependable who thrives in a busy environment and can multitask efficiently. Familiarity with Cornerstone software, veterinary terminology, and routine preventative care (heartworm, flea, tick prevention) is strongly preferred. We want a true go-getter, someone who works well independently and as part of a team, and who is committed to building a long-term career in veterinary medicine.
