Client Service Representative

West Delray Veterinary is seeking 1-2 full-time Client Service Representatives to support and represent the clients of our integrative veterinary medicine practice. Our top priorities include workplace wellness, excellent client service, and comprehensive patient care. This role is ideal for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and is dedicated to assisting clients. West Delray Veterinary values our clients highly, and their experience is a priority. We seek candidates who will support client needs and foster positive relationships. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required. Responsibilities include greeting and admitting clients and patients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, communicating information to clients, processing payments, performing general office duties, and addressing client concerns.
