Veterinarian

Associate veterinarian position available at Broward Avian & Exotic Animal Clinic, a private avian and exotic animal exclusive practice. Salary commensurate with experience. Intensive mentoring is available—currently, a two-doctor practice looking to expand to 4. We have recently moved into a new facility that is 8,000 sq ft. Clinic amenities include an in-house lab, digital radiography, a mobile CT unit readily available, endoscopy, ultrasound, and a hyperbaric oxygen unit. We are very excited about adding this new therapy to our arsenal. Publication and board certification are encouraged. Many have worked here as stepping stones to zoos and avian and wildlife residencies. We have an extraordinary staff and a clientele that expects top-notch care for their avian and exotic companions. They are very well aware of the value of annual wellness exams, husbandry changes, and appropriate workups. We see birds, exotic companion mammals, primates, fish, poultry, waterfowl, reptiles, and invertebrates. We are located in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
