We are a two-DVM small animal practice located near Downtown Bradenton. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the last appointment scheduled at 5:00 p.m. We close daily for lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. We aim to have three DVMs on staff each day, each assigned to a specific role: one for appointments, one for walk-in clients, and one for surgery. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes per pet. Our staff is our greatest asset; the team collaborates effectively and is committed to continuous learning. We utilize Avimark as our practice information management system (PIMS) and Antech for external laboratory services. Our surgical suite is separate from our dental suite, and we offer in-house digital X-rays and ultrasound services.
Our facility features a split floor plan with six exam rooms on each side of the building. One side is typically designated for dogs, while the other is for cats. The doctor's area, lab, and pharmacy are located centrally, providing access to the main treatment area. We also offer boarding and grooming services, each staffed separately. The spacious downstairs area houses these services, while the upstairs includes management offices, a conference room, and a full kitchen for staff use.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a veterinarian. The Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing medical conditions and diseases of pets. The Veterinarian will conduct physical exams, perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform surgeries. The Veterinarian will also provide preventative care and education to clients. This is true for all shift positions: appointments, walk-ins, and surgery. We are fully equipped to provide top-notch care with an in-house laboratory, digital radiology, ultrasound, and laser. Designated lunch hour from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, where all operations are halted, and the hospital closes. Work/life balance.
