Atlas are excited to be working with a highly regarded small-animal hospital in Bonita Springs, FL, seeking a Lead Veterinarian to guide their team and provide exceptional care to patients and clients alike. This is a full-service hospital offering comprehensive wellness care, surgery, and advanced diagnostics, all delivered in a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. You’ll be supported by a talented practice manager and skilled technicians who take pride in fostering a collaborative, team-first culture. The hospital places a strong emphasis on client education, preventive care, and compassionate treatment for every stage of a pet’s life. As the Lead Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to shape clinical protocols, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the hospital’s continued growth and reputation in the community. This position suits an experienced DVM looking to step into leadership while still maintaining hands-on patient care.
