Job Description

Client Service Representative - part-time or full-timeStamford Veterinary Center – Stamford, CT Starting at $19/hour If you’re the kind of person who can juggle a ringing phone, a full lobby, and a nervous golden retriever—all while keeping your cool and your sense of humor—you’ll fit right in here. Stamford Veterinary Center isn’t just busy—we’re good at what we do, and we take pride in it. We practice high-quality medicine with a team that actually works together, communicates well, and has each other’s backs on the hard days (and the chaotic ones… because let’s be honest, those happen too). You’ll be working in a brand new, thoughtfully designed hospital, which means a clean, modern space that was built to support both our team and the way we practice medicine. It makes a difference—and you’ll feel it right away. This role is the heartbeat of the hospital. You’re the first voice clients hear and the first face they see when they walk through the door. You’re helping guide appointments, answering questions, managing the flow of the day, and making sure both pets and their people feel taken care of from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, and unflappable when things get busy. Veterinary experience is a plus, but just as important is your ability to connect with people, think on your feet, and keep things moving without losing the human side of the job. Benefits (for full-time team members): PTO (full time) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) (eligible after 6 months of employment) Company-sponsored Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee pet care discount Referral bonus United Veterinary Care provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment in all job classifications without regard to race, color, religion, age, mental disability, physical disability, medical condition, gender, sexual orientation, genetic information, ancestry, marital status, national origin, veteran status, and other classifications protected by applicable state and local non-discrimination laws.
