Veterinarian / Medical Director Manchester, CT | Full-Time Compensation: $160,000–$190,000+ base + production + Medical Director stipend We’re working on a Veterinary Medical Director opportunity in the Manchester area with an established small-animal practice looking for an experienced veterinarian who wants to combine clinical work with leadership. This is a great fit for a doctor who enjoys practicing medicine but also wants a larger role in mentoring veterinarians, helping guide medical standards, supporting team development, and contributing to the overall direction of the hospital. Prior leadership experience is preferred, but the ability to mentor, communicate well, and positively influence a veterinary team is equally important.
