Associate Veterinarian Suffield, CT | Full-Time Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 + ProSal We’re working on an Associate Veterinarian opportunity in northern Connecticut with a well-established practice offering a mix of small-animal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and some exotic and reproductive cases. This is a great fit for a veterinarian who enjoys variety, wants a manageable schedule, and values a team-oriented environment where there is room to continue developing clinically. The opportunity includes: $130K–$150K base salary ProSal with no negative accrual Sign-on bonus 4-day workweek 30–40 hours per week No on-call 20–30 minute appointment blocks Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) Paid time off Continuing education support Professional dues and licensing support The practice sees dogs, cats, and small companion animals, including rabbits, ferrets, and birds, with access to in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound, and referral support for more complex cases. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut.
