Requirements
We are working on behalf of a beautifully designed, modern, multi-doctor small-animal hospital in New Milford, CT that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its growing team. This is a well-resourced, thoughtfully run practice that places equal emphasis on high medical standards, client experience, and team wellbeing. The hospital operates out of a contemporary, purpose-built facility with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, allowing doctors to practice high-quality medicine efficiently and confidently. The team is supported by experienced technicians and leadership that genuinely understands the day-to-day realities of clinical life. Whether you’re an experienced DVM or a newer graduate looking to expand your skills, this environment is designed to help you grow at your own pace while maintaining clinical autonomy.
