Sandbank Veterinary Hospital is a two and a half veterinarian small animal practice that serves the Cheshire and greater Hartford, CT area. Centrally located, Cheshire is close to nature trails, historic landmarks, and only a short drive to the city or the beach! Whichever you may prefer, have it all! About the Area: Founded in Connecticut in 1780, the charming town of Cheshire is centrally and conveniently located to anything you could ever want! It doesn’t matter if you enjoy the city life in places like Hartford or New Haven, if you prefer a quick drive to the mountains, or if you would rather relax on the pristine beaches along the Atlantic Ocean in your spare time, all of that and more are just a quick drive away! About Us: Established in 2006, we are a small animal veterinary practice that services Cheshire, CT, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide the highest quality veterinary care for our patients in a comforting and caring environment. Our facilities are fully equipped with many in-house diagnostics and access to a board-certified radiologist and surgeon. Work/life balance is important to us, and we traditionally offer a 4-day work week with alternating Saturdays.
