Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Denver, CO that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit 3-doctor team. Over the past 15 years, the hospital has built a loyal local following and outstanding client reviews on one simple idea: treat every pet like your own. You will practice comprehensive small animal medicine, from wellness and prevention through to surgery, advanced care, and same-day sick appointments, with in-house diagnostics that let you make quick, confident decisions for your patients. We are looking for a DVM open to considering either 3 or 4 days per week with limited weekends required, which would be a predictable Saturday rotation with the other DVMs once per month. The hospital runs with genuine clinical autonomy, so you lead your cases and practice the medicine you believe in, supported by a strong paraprofessional team and an experienced hospital manager. Pay is competitive with a monthly production bonus and no negative accrual, and there are clear paths into leadership if that is where you want to go.
