Feline Only Associate Veterinarian Location: Fort Collins, CO Position Type: Full-time Salary: Base salary of $110,000 with performance-based bonuses About Them: Join our clients team in a tranquil, feline-focused environment where the well-being of the patients and the satisfaction of the team are paramount. The clinic offers a spa-like, clean atmosphere, free from barking dogs and overwhelming animals, allowing for a calm experience for both staff and feline patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive veterinary care exclusively for feline patients. Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and diagnostic procedures with state-of-the-art equipment. Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians to ensure excellent patient care. Participate in mentorship opportunities and engage in continuing education to enhance professional growth. Foster strong relationships with our high-end clientele, dedicated to their feline companions. Work Environment: A serene, quiet space tailored for felines, minimizing physical exertion and stress. Utilize advanced veterinary equipment including ultrasound, full anesthesia monitoring, digital dental and standard radiography, and more. Access to cloud-based practice management software for efficient operations. Schedule includes a full weekday off per week; typically a four-day workweek with minimal Saturday shifts. Qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school. State licensure to practice veterinary medicine. Strong interest and experience in feline medicine.
