Join a progressive, well-established small animal hospital as a Lead Veterinarian based in Wheat Ridge, CO, dedicated to providing gold-standard veterinary medicine. You’ll work in a well-equipped facility featuring cutting-edge diagnostics, fully equipped surgical suites, and digital imaging systems. The team includes 4 experienced veterinarians, credentialed technicians, and compassionate support staff who prioritize both exceptional patient care and strong client relationships. This role not only offers clinical variety, from routine wellness visits to advanced surgeries and complex medical cases, but also leadership opportunities. With robust CE programs, mentorship initiatives, and clinical development tracks, this is an ideal environment for a veterinarian who wants to grow their skills and contribute to a high-functioning, collaborative workplace. Compensation is competitive, with a salary range of $145,000–$165,000 plus a strong production percentage (average 20–22%).
