Uintah Pet Emergency is one of two emergency pet hospitals in Southern Colorado that are part of a family of hospitals. Conveniently located in the heart of Colorado Springs, we are the resource you can count on when one of your animals needs medical attention outside your primary care veterinarian’s normal office hours. All of our emergency vet clinics work closely together. In fact, we can transport your pet to Powers Pet Emergency and Specialty for 24-hour hospitalization if more intensive care is required. Board-certified specialists are also available at Powers if this advanced level of expertise will benefit your pet.

Equipped with advanced diagnostics, a modern surgical suite, and an in-house pharmacy, our hospital is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality emergency medicine while supporting pets, clients, and referring veterinarians throughout the region. Compensation $18 - $20/hr. based on experience Schedule Part Time Mondays & Thursdays 12:00pm – 12:00am Job Description As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, patient triage and maintaining current hospital policy and protocol knowledge. Responsibilities Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
