Festival Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, friendly technician who wants to fully utilize their education and expertise while working alongside a collaborative team and building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will: Provide excellent patient care during soft-tissue surgical procedures and dentals, including patient preparation, anesthesia induction, monitoring and troubleshooting, recovery, and administering emergency medications as needed. Perform dental prophylaxis, polishing, full-mouth radiographs, and dental charting. Ensure efficient exam room workflow by assisting the veterinarian during outpatient visits, wellness appointments, and technician appointments. Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. Collaborate closely with your team to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive, supportive, and team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for detail-oriented technicians with strong surgical and anesthesia experience who are passionate about providing outstanding patient and client care, take initiative in their daily work, and are ready to practice at the top of their license in a supportive, collaborative hospital. This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Thursday with rotating Saturdays.
