Woodland Hills Pet Clinic is looking for a compassionate, collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. We are a team-focused practice that believes great veterinary medicine starts with great communication, mutual respect, and supporting one another. Our doctors, technicians, assistants, CSRs, and leadership work together to provide excellent patient care while creating an environment where team members enjoy coming to work. We are looking for a veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality medicine, build lasting relationships with clients and patients, and be part of a clinic where their ideas and experience are valued. About Woodland Hills Pet Clinic Woodland Hills Pet Clinic provides comprehensive veterinary care with a strong focus on individualized medicine and client education. Our services include preventive and wellness care, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and treatment of sick and urgent patients. Our practice also offers integrative and alternative treatment options, allowing our doctors to provide a broader range of care based on the needs of each individual patient. We value continuity of care and believe that communication and follow-through are just as important as the initial appointment. Our doctors work collaboratively and have the support of an experienced veterinary team to help provide excellent care from the first visit through follow-up. What We're Looking For The ideal veterinarian is someone who: Holds a current California DVM/VMD license or is eligible for California licensure Practices high-quality, compassionate medicine Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients and team members Values teamwork and enjoys working in a collaborative environment Takes ownership of patient care, medical records, diagnostics, and appropriate client follow-up Is comfortable managing wellness, sick, and urgent-care appointments Has an interest in surgery and/or dentistry or is interested in developing those skills Values client education and shared decision-making Is dependable, professional, and supportive of the veterinary team Is interested in continuing to learn and grow professionally Experienced veterinarians and newer graduates who are looking for a supportive environment are encouraged to apply. Our Team Environment We believe veterinary medicine works best when everyone contributes. Our practice operates with a team-leadership approach, where doctors, RVTs, veterinary assistants, CSRs, and management communicate openly and work together to keep the hospital running efficiently. We want our veterinarians to feel supported—not like they have to do everything themselves. We also value feedback and ideas from our doctors.
