The team is led by Dr. Celine Hayek and Dr. Kristen Negvesky, two talented and experienced veterinarians who spend their days going above and beyond to make sure animals under their care are healthy and happy during scheduled appointments. Requirements
Part-Time with the opportunity for full time General Practice Veterinarian (DVM) 2–3 days/week Tustin, California Neighborhood vets caring for your pets! Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital is an award-winning, privately owned small-animal hospital seeking a compassionate, collaborative veterinarian. We serve dogs and cats in Tustin, Irvine, and nearby communities with progressive, evidence-based medicine and personalized care. Our full-service hospital offers wellness care, digital imaging, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, and limited urgent care during open hours. We take time to listen, explain options, and recommend what each patient needs. Our team pairs high clinical standards with warmth, humor, and respect for every voice. You'll perform wellness and medical exams; treat acute and chronic conditions; create preventive plans; use imaging and lab diagnostics; manage appropriate same-day cases; educate clients; keep timely records; and collaborate with our team. Routine surgery and dentistry are available based on your experience and interests. Qualifications • DVM degree or equivalent • Current California veterinary license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure • DEA license in good standing • At least 4 years of small-animal practice experience • Strong communication and client-education skills • Ability to manage routine cases and work collaboratively • Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care, preventive medicine, lifelong wellness, and continued learning • Surgical and dental experience preferred, but not required We choose vaccines, medications, and products thoughtfully, avoid unnecessary care, and discuss costs and priorities openly.
