Requirements
This long-standing small animal hospital is a well-loved part of the South Bay veterinary community, having provided high-quality care for more than three decades. The practice operates out of a bright, modern facility designed to support efficient workflows, excellent medicine, and a genuinely supportive team culture. With updated diagnostics, dedicated surgery and dentistry spaces, and a smooth Monday–Friday schedule, this is an environment where doctors can focus fully on practicing great medicine without the pressure of after-hours duties. You’ll be joining a cohesive group that values open communication, collaboration, and maintaining a warm, family-like atmosphere. The team includes experienced DVMs and highly capable support staff, ensuring you’ll always have the assistance you need, whether you are tackling preventive care, dentistry, or a more detailed internal medicine workup. New graduates or early-career veterinarians will find strong mentorship and access to a wider national network of peers, wellness programs, and CE opportunities. The ideal veterinarian thrives in a role that combines high-quality general practice, strong client communication, and steady case variety.
