Requirements
I’m working with a highly modern small animal clinic in Santa Monica that is continuing to grow its veterinary team. The clinic itself has been purpose-built with a clean, contemporary design that supports a calm workflow, paired with strong clinical infrastructure and a highly capable support team that allows you to focus on medicine rather than administrative tasks. You’ll be part of a collaborative multi-DVM team, working alongside experienced clinicians in a culture that encourages knowledge-sharing, development, and genuine teamwork. The hospital offers a varied GP caseload including wellness, urgent care, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, supported by a structured approach to the day where you focus on one type of appointment flow at a time. There is also access to a 24/7 virtual care team, providing an additional layer of support and continuity for patients beyond the clinic walls. This role is designed with balance in mind. With structured scheduling, a reduced administrative burden through in-house technology, and a strong technician team, you’ll have the space to practise high-quality medicine without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The package is highly competitive, with a salary range of $150,000–$200,000, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits offering. Mentorship, CE support, and clear progression pathways are all built into the role, making it suitable for both experienced veterinarians and those looking to continue developing their clinical skills.
