As a member of our Critical Care Unit, you'll work with advanced medical technology, experienced specialists, and a team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for patients and their families. In Your Day-to-Day, You Will Triage incoming patients and assist veterinarians with patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures. Provide advanced monitoring and nursing care for hospitalized critical care patients. Induce, monitor, and recover patients undergoing anesthesia. Perform in-house laboratory testing and prepare samples for outside laboratories. Collaborate with veterinarians on treatment plans and communicate patient updates to clients. Participate in daily patient rounds to ensure continuity of care across shifts. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams. Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture. What You Bring Registered Veterinary Technician: Current California RVT license required. Senior Veterinary Assistant: Minimum of three years of hands-on clinical experience in a veterinary hospital. Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a fast-paced critical care environment. Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and exceptional patient and client care.
