As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help create a compassionate, welcoming experience while supporting one of Northern California's leading veterinary specialty hospitals. In Your Day-to-Day, You Will Welcome clients and patients while providing exceptional customer service during emergency and specialty visits. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications. Obtain accurate patient and client information and maintain medical records. Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital staff to support efficient patient flow. Assist clients with estimates, payments, and general hospital information. Provide compassionate support to clients during emotionally challenging situations. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams. Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture. What You Bring Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
