Job Description

We are excited to be partnering with a highly respected, award-winning hospital in Salinas, CA, now expanding to a second location in Marina in 2026. This modern, progressive practice is seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join their collaborative and supportive team. The hospital operates in a beautifully remodeled facility designed with efficiency and patient comfort in mind, featuring 4 exam rooms (including a cat-only space), a large surgery suite, digital radiography, IDEXX in-house labs, ultrasound, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and more. Doctors enjoy the support of an experienced team with a 2–2.5:1 tech-to-doctor ratio, many of whom have been with the practice for over four years. This is an appointment-based practice (30 minutes, last at 4:30pm), closed weekends, with no on-call requirements. Whether you are an experienced DVM or a new graduate seeking mentorship, you’ll benefit from structured development opportunities including case-based learning, collaborative rounds, and access to a national academy for continuing growth. The hospital also offers clear pathways for leadership and even partnership opportunities for those looking to take the next step.
