Join an AAHA-Accredited, GOLD-certified Cat-Friendly Practice located just 15 minutes from the stunning Monterey Bay in Salinas, California as we seek an Associate Veterinarian to join this multi-doctor hospital, Our partner clinic takes great pride in delivering exceptional care through collaboration, mentorship, and a dedication to quality. Their hospital offers a diverse range of services, including preventative care, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, laparoscopy, acupuncture, cold laser, behavior medicine, and much more! Their recently remodeled facility is equipped with the latest technology, including an in-house lab, digital dental radiographs, ultrasound, flex endoscope, laparoscopic equipment, and more! With 4 examination rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, and modern treatment areas, you’ll have everything you need to provide gold-standard of care in a welcoming environment. We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join this clinic, offering an exceptional work-life balance with a four-day workweek between 8.00am-5.00pm and no weekends! Their culture emphasizes teamwork, mentorship and a drama-free workplace! This makes it an ideal setting for both experienced veterinarians and new graduate veterinarians. Their hospital is well-respected in the community, boasting a loyal clientele and being voted best animal hospital for the last five years! On offer, as well as their incredible work-life balance, is a fantastic compensation package including a base salary between $140,000-$160,000 per year plus production bonuses! The clinic is able to offer a signing bonus up to $50,000, relocation assistance, health, vision and dental insurance, PTO, CE allowance and 401(k) to name a few! About you: -Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree. -Possess or is eligible for a valid California veterinary license. -Skilled in diagnostics, surgery, and client communication. -Collaborative and team-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality veterinary care. -Open to mentorship opportunities or eager to mentor others as you grow professionally.
