Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian with a strong interest and proven capability in exotic animal medicine to join a well-established veterinary practice in the Roseville, California area. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys a highly varied caseload across both exotic and companion animal medicine within a collaborative multi-doctor environment. Approximately half of the caseload consists of exotic species, including birds, reptiles, small mammals, wildlife, and falconry patients, alongside traditional dog and cat cases. The hospital is equipped with species-specific wards, multiple examination rooms, dedicated surgical facilities, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, rigid endoscopy, and modern electronic medical records. You will manage a diverse medical and surgical caseload while working closely with experienced veterinary and support colleagues. The position is suited to a clinician with at least two years of veterinary experience and previous hands-on exposure to exotic species who wants to continue developing expertise across both exotic and small animal medicine.
