Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well established, privately owned small animal hospital in Rolling Hills Estates, CA that is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to its five doctor team. This is a close knit, collaborative practice where doctors support each other clinically and share the caseload without feeling stretched thin. The hospital is open Monday through Saturday, and the team works a four day, ten hour shift schedule, giving doctors three full days off every week. Saturday coverage is shared fairly, with each doctor only picking up one Saturday shift every five weeks. This is a practice that values quality medicine, a manageable pace, and genuine work life balance for its doctors.
