Veterinarian / Medical Director Thousand Oaks, CA | Full-Time Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 base + Medical Director stipend + production We’re working on a Medical Director opportunity in Thousand Oaks with an established companion-animal practice looking for an experienced veterinarian who wants to combine clinical work with leadership. The position is ideal for a doctor who enjoys practicing medicine but also wants a meaningful role in mentoring associates, helping shape medical standards, supporting team development, and contributing to the overall direction of the hospital. Previous leadership experience is helpful, but the ability to mentor, communicate well, and positively influence a veterinary team is just as important.
