Emergency Veterinary Medical Director Greater Los Angeles Area, CA | Full-Time Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 + sign-on bonus up to $50,000 We’re working with a well-established emergency and referral hospital in Southern California that is looking for an experienced veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay involved in emergency medicine while taking on a broader leadership role. The position combines hands-on clinical work with responsibility for supporting the doctor team, maintaining strong medical standards, mentoring veterinarians, and helping shape the culture and direction of the hospital.
