Job Description

Associate Veterinarian Inland Empire, CA | Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $140,000–$165,000 base + production We’re working on an Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Southern California’s Inland Empire with a long-established small-animal practice that has recently invested heavily in its facility and technology. The hospital sees a varied GP caseload that includes wellness, dentistry, surgery, urgent-care style cases, and some exotics. The environment is collaborative, well-supported, and offers room for a veterinarian to continue developing interests in areas like surgery or dentistry. The opportunity includes: $140K–$165K base salary Monthly production bonus No negative accrual Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Full-time or part-time scheduling options Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and CE support Student-loan assistance and professional dues/licensing support Potential future partnership / ownership opportunity Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent, be licensed or eligible for licensure in California, and ideally bring at least a few years of small-animal GP experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who wants a modern practice environment, flexibility, production upside, and the possibility of a longer-term ownership path.
