Requirements
We’re partnering with a respected, multi-doctor hospital in Placentia, CA that’s looking for an experienced veterinarian ready to take the next step into a Medical Director role. This position combines hands-on clinical work with genuine leadership influence, offering the chance to guide a dedicated team while still doing what you love most: caring for pets. This established 3-DVM practice operates within a modern, well-equipped facility featuring an in-house lab, digital radiography, and advanced diagnostic tools to support efficient, accurate care. The team is known for their collaborative spirit, low turnover, and strong mentorship culture, making this an ideal environment for a doctor who enjoys developing others while maintaining a high clinical standard. As Medical Director, you’ll oversee the hospital’s medical operations, implement and refine clinical protocols, and work closely with the practice manager on growth and strategy. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the hospital’s medical direction while being supported by a wider network that values innovation, professional development, and work-life balance.
