I’m pleased to be partnering with, a well-established small-animal, privately owned practice serving Newman, CA and the surrounding areas. This is a great moment to join a busy, local GP where you can make an immediate impact. You’ll step into a practice that supports thorough medicine, values client relationships, and offers a broad range of services from preventative care through to surgery and diagnostics. Facilities and capabilities support high-quality workups, with modern diagnostic tools and an emphasis on efficient, accurate decision-making (including radiology, lab testing, and other diagnostic support). The team is a 3 doctor environment, with ample support and collaboration. You can enjoy a flexible work-life balance with part-time and full-time options available for the new DVM joining the team! Key Highlights: • Established community hospital serving Newman, CA and surrounding areas • Broad GP service offering including exams/consults, vaccinations, preventative medicine, surgery, dental packages, diagnostics, pharmacy, microchipping, nutrition counseling, and senior health planning • Strong clinical support for workups with modern diagnostics (including radiology and lab testing) • Client-friendly systems including online appointment requests • Working within an experienced team of Veterinarians. • Flexible scheduling options available including 3 or 4 days per week. • Opportunity to be part of a close-knit local team About You: • DVM (or equivalent) degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) licensure in California • Comfortable working in a busy GP environment with a variety of cases • Interested in contributing to a growing practice and expanding services • A team-first mindset with great communication and client care Benefits: • Base salary $150,000–$170,000 + production • Full benefits package (details discussed during interview) • Flexible full-time and part-time options • Supportive team environment with a focus on quality medicine • Opportunities to develop areas of clinical interest within a broad GP caseload
