Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established caseload, supported by experienced technicians and a collaborative, friendly team culture. The hospital is a modern, full-service facility offering comprehensive wellness care, urgent care (including walk-in visits), dentistry, and a wide range of soft tissue and select orthopedic surgeries. You’ll have access to in-house digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, an electrosurgery unit, full surgical suite, and in-house laboratory. This hospital places great value on communication, with clients and within the team, and emphasizes mentorship and professional development. Whether you are a recent graduate seeking support or an experienced veterinarian looking for clinical freedom, this practice will provide the structure, stability, and flexibility to thrive. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with offering up to 4 days per week with no weekends required, and join a practice that puts both pets and people first. Key Highlights: • Modern, full-service hospital with advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities • Wide range of services including dentistry, soft tissue, and some orthopedic surgeries • Supportive and collaborative team environment, with a strong culture of mentorship • Established caseload with dedicated support staff • Flexible, part or full time weekday-only schedule – no weekends • Opportunity to grow surgical skills with mentorship and CE support • Compensation up to $180,000 base + production (20–22% average) About You: • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in California • Confident in, or eager to learn, routine surgeries and dentistry • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting • Compassionate approach to patient care and client relationships Benefits: • Base salary of $120,000–$180,000/year plus production (no negative accrual) • Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) with employer match • Paid time off, including maternity leave • Professional liability coverage and all license/membership fees covered • CE allowance, mentorship, and leadership development programs
