Atlas Consultancy Group is partnering with a wide range of veterinary hospitals across Southern California that are actively seeking reliable, high-quality relief veterinarians for short-term coverage. Rather than representing one specific hospital, this is an open invitation to relief vets who want consistent work, flexibility, and support, without the stress of chasing clinics, negotiating rates, or managing endless paperwork. We work with an extensive network of hospitals across the state, from small, community-focused GP practices, to busy multi-doctor clinics, through to large ER, urgent care, and specialty hospitals with advanced diagnostics and specialist support on-site. Whether you prefer predictable GP shifts, fast-paced emergency work, or a mix of both, we can tailor opportunities to suit your preferences, availability, and clinical strengths. As a relief veterinarian working with Atlas, you’re never on your own. We take a concierge-style approach, acting as your point of contact and advocate. We’ll match you with hospitals that align with how you like to work, help negotiate competitive rates, coordinate bookings, and handle the admin so you can focus on what matters most: practicing great medicine, on your terms.
