We may have the perfect role for you… We are currently searching for a seasoned Veterinarian looking to take the next steps in their career, into a leadership and management role currently available across multiple locations in California! This could be a great option for you… Our partners are a well-established and progressive network of small animal hospitals committed to providing comprehensive care to their client's beloved pets! Offering a wide range of services to the community based on a multi-site format including preventative care, surgery, urgent care, diagnostics and much more – they pride themselves on exceptional veterinary care and looking for a natural leader to take the reigns in driving the business forward! This position holds, leadership and management responsibilities but is also a hands-on clinical position! As a multi-site Veterinarian leader, you will be playing an essential role in overseeing the medical and nursing operations across multiple locations including: Los Angeles, Lynwood and Montebello! With full support from the regional operations teams, you will be the driving force setting the standards for quality of care, ensuring the consistency and excellence across the group within each location! Share your knowledge, by also playing a key role in the development of the junior doctors in the form of mentorship programs! We are able to offer flexibility on the scheduling options with ideally a full-time candidate to take this slot, we would be able to consider 3 or 4 days per week with no weekends, emergencies or afterhours! About You: -DVM/VMD degree or equivalent. -Hold over 5+ year’s experience or have existing leadership and management experience. -CA State Veterinary Board license in good standing. -A passion for driving veterinary excellence. -Collaborative, compassionate, and ready to dive in.
