They are offering a base salary of $200,000 – $225,000 + uncapped production bonus, along with a $12,000 annual Clinical Director leadership stipend, providing excellent earning potential with no negative accruals. The hospital currently provides care for a predominantly canine and feline caseload, with opportunities to expand services for exotics if desired.
