The Surgery Lead is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who provides day-to-day leadership and operational coordination for the Surgery Department. This role functions as the primary support person and right-hand to the surgeons, ensuring efficient surgical flow, strong communication, and consistent standards of patient care. This position does not carry full managerial authority but requires strong organizational and leadership skills.
