The Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) is responsible for providing outstanding patient care, client service and working with doctors and shift leadership to address patient care needs. Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic has been providing Emergency Veterinary services to the Solano and Napa counties since 1985. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid California RVT Certification Genuinely enjoys working with animals and can effectively deal with them even when they are stressed, ill, or in pain. Able to work with a great attitude and be flexible with clinic/patient/staff needs. Interact with other team members with professionalism and respect. Can stay calm and efficient during a medical crisis. Approaches his/her job duties in a mature nature. Practices excellent communication skills verbal, written and non-verbal.
