Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well established, community focused small animal hospital in Concord, CA that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team. This is a busy, seven day general practice with a loyal client base and a reputation for excellent service, strong communication, and genuine teamwork. The caseload is varied and fast paced, blending preventive and wellness care with same day urgent appointments, because the team believes being there when clients need them most is part of the job. Doctors work with in-house diagnostics including CardioPet testing, digital radiology, and ultrasound, alongside a dedicated surgery suite. What really sets this hospital apart is its people. Compensation includes a base salary of $160,000 to $180,000, plus an uncapped production bonus with no negative accrual. A sign-on bonus and relocation support are available for qualified candidates, based on experience and location. Scheduling is flexible, with the hospital open seven days and a four day work week in place. The location offers plenty of dining, shopping, and outdoor options nearby, with easy access to San Francisco, the East Bay, and wine country.
