We’re proud to be partnering with a highly regarded, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Carlsbad, CA, as they look to welcome a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to their established team. With a modern 4,000 sq. ft. facility and a compassionate, skilled staff. The hospital offers full-service general practice care, including surgery, dentistry, radiology, and wellness medicine. It’s well-equipped with advanced diagnostic labs, a fully equipped surgical suite, and a state-of-the-art dental treatment area. The facility also features separate cat and dog areas, an in-house pharmacy, and the latest in veterinary medical technology. Key Highlights: Modern, 4,000 sq. ft. hospital with advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment • Full-time or part-time schedule options available – true flexibility • Collaborative 4-DVM team with excellent technician support • No deficit carryover with quarterly production plan • Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance • 3 weeks PTO plus CE days and CE allowance • Long-standing, respected presence in the Carlsbad and Oceanside communities About You: • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in California • You take pride in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care • Strong communication skills with a desire to foster client relationships • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment Benefits: • Competitive base salary ($100,000–$170,000) + production (no negative accrual) • Generous PTO, CE allowance, and CE time off • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
