Medical Director Required - San Francisco, CA - $100,000 Sign on Bonus! Calling all passionate veterinarians! We're on the hunt for a skilled Medical Director to lead our dedicated crew. We’re seeking an experienced DVM, who’s capable of leading a team or someone keen to take a step into a leadership role! Look no further with sign-on bonus: Up to $100,000! For decades, our partner has been providing top-notch pet care across San Francisco on a mission to setting the gold standard in veterinary medicine. They’re a full-service Hospital offering it all: medicine, prevention, surgery, dental care, emergencies, diagnostics, and more to keep those furry friends thriving. Your dream job awaits leading this fantastic team: Full-time, with 4 days a week and a shorter Saturday shift on a schedule. The Hospital is open between 7.00am-7.00pm during the week and 8.00am-6.000pm on Saturdays. This opportunity is your chance to practice your passion and shape the hospital's future from the front, like a boss should do! With a robust support team in Operations, Marketing, HR, Payroll, and more, success is almost a guarantee. About you: -Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. -To hold (or have the ability to obtain) a CA Veterinary Board State License -Experienced Medical Director is required! -Works well under pressure and enjoys the fast-paced nature along with mentoring! -Compassionate and understand the needs of both the patients and their owners Package: -Competitive base salary $200K - $260K -Sign-on bonus of $100k for full time Medical director -401k with company match -Health/dental/vision insurance -Paid parental, vacation and sick leave -Continuing Education Allowance and paid Continuing Education Days -Bank of internal CE -Pet Care Discount for your own pets -Professional liability coverage -Paid life insurance And more!
