Requirement: MUST HAVE PRIOR HORSE HANDLING EXPERIENCE, AWARENESS AND SAVVY About Our Practice: Trinity Equine is composed of two established equine clinics, Crossroads Veterinary Clinic and Panorama Equine Medical & Surgical Center. Located in Northern California, Mt. Shasta / Redding area, we specialize in emergency medicine, surgery, sports medicine & rehabilitation, lameness, imaging and diagnostics. We are currently seeking hard working, equine-oriented Registered Veterinary Technicians, who are focused on compassion, empathy and excellence in patient care. If you are seeking a position in a privately owned, referral veterinary environment, away from corporate business structure, this is where we have the freedom to practice medicine and patient care without restrictions. Our veterinary clinics are designed to be family friendly with a supportive, respectful staff and we put the horses’ care first. Qualifications: Registered Veterinary Technician Certificate Veterinary Assisting &/or Vet Tech, 3 years Equine handling and husbandry experience required Good communication and attention to detail Ability to multitask & act in a professional manner through diversity Respect doctors, co-workers, clients and patients Under new co-ownership, since July 2023, identical twin sisters, Dr. Kelly Shaw runs Crossroads Vet Clinic and Dr. Karen Shaw runs Panorama Equine. Together they support each other and are building both clinics to provide and maintain a high standard of care for horses in northern California and the surrounding areas. We brought on another DVM, Dr. Wesley Pezzini, in Aug of 2024, who is a valued addition to the doctors and shares in their vision to become Northern California’s premier home for equine care.
