A well-established, advanced small animal hospital in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Medical Director to lead their experienced 3-doctor team! Serving the Yuma community for over 30 years, this AAHA accredited hospital has become a trusted staple for pets and service animals alike, backed by hundreds of five star reviews and a reputation built on trust, compassion, stability, and communication. The practice is housed in a spacious 10,000 sq ft building with six exam rooms and a dedicated dental suite, fully equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab capabilities, a surgical laser, and even an on-site CT machine, giving you everything you need to practice comprehensive, modern medicine. The caseload spans general practice, orthopedics, wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care, with a genuine focus on exotic and pocket pet medicine that adds real variety to the day. You'll be joining a well-trained, collaborative team of doctors and nurses at a 3:1 support staff to doctor ratio, seeing an average of 20 patients per day whilst having dedicated time aside for your duties as Medical Director. As Medical Director, you'll receive a base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 plus production bonus and a monthly Medical Director stipend, along with a Long-Term Incentive cash program and no negative accrual, so your performance is always rewarded.
