Joining the team as their Medical Clinical Director, you will take pride in leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting future recruitment of veterinary staff, communication cultural and clinical updates to your team, working closely with your doctors to achieve their own clinical goals – training and mentoring where applicable,  fostering strong relationships between all colleagues across all departments, maintaining a strong understanding of operational KPIs, and communicating updates to leadership teams, and much more! In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be allocated sufficient clinical time so you can continue to practice the medicine that you love! With regards to scheduling, the organization is flexible so you can decide whether a 3, 4 or 5-day working week would suit you and your lifestyle best. You will be pleased to hear that there are very few weekend shifts, opening on a Saturday 9am-3pm, the most Saturdays you will be working will be one shift per month, again this can be negotiated. Acknowledging the challenge and hard work required for this position, you will be highly compensated through an incredible benefits package, sign-on bonus of up to $45,000, profit-share, and endless care progression opportunities within the company – including ownership options if desired. About You: -Possession of a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited college or equivalent is required. -You must hold an Arizona State Licence in good standing or have the ability to obtain one if relocating. -A minimum of four years of clinical experience as a Veterinarian is desired, with a demonstrated passion for leadership or interest in transitioning into a leadership role -Associate-level positions are also an option. -Excellent communication and time-management skills are imperative. -A genuine passion for veterinary care and a drive for continuous improvement.
