Requirements
A highly rated small animal hospital in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Medical Director to lead its multi-doctor team! This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who wants to guide medical standards and team culture while staying hands-on in clinical practice. The hospital has earned an outstanding reputation in the local community, backed by exceptional client reviews and a loyal, engaged client base who value long-term relationships with their veterinary team. The full-service facility is equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house laboratory diagnostics, alongside an on-site pharmacy and grooming services. The caseload is varied and rewarding, spanning wellness and preventive care, puppy and kitten care, senior pet care, internal medicine, dermatology, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, end-of-life care, and same-day urgent care during business hours. You will lead a fantastic team of associate veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, working alongside a dedicated hospital manager with the backing of senior leadership.
