We are seeking a Medical Director to lead a thriving multi-doctor small animal hospital in North Phoenix. This modern, full-service clinic is home to a team of 4 experienced veterinarians, bringing together over 25 years of combined expertise. The hospital offers comprehensive routine and advanced services, supported by excellent facilities including ultrasound, ECG, dental X-ray, in-house laboratory, digital radiography, and fully equipped surgical suites. The team embraces fear-free handling techniques, creating a supportive and low-stress environment for both patients and staff. As Medical Director, you will lead with vision and purpose, mentoring associate DVMs, overseeing hospital performance, and fostering a collaborative and positive culture. You will also continue practicing the medicine you love, with your caseload tailored to your clinical interests. This role offers a unique path to hospital ownership, giving you the chance to shape the future of the practice. Work-life balance is highly valued, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal commitments. The hospital is open for limited hours on Saturdays, and your weekend rotations will be minimal.
