Job Description

Are you seeking a forward-thinking, multi-doctor hospital that values and invests in your clinical passions? This family-owned hospital located in Scottsdale is actively seeking a committed DVM to join their cohesive team of three Veterinarians, with plans to expand to a team of five by the end of 2024. The fully serviced hospital is home to state-of-the facilities such as a full in-house lab, radiographs, digital dental radiographs, two large surgery suites, eight examination rooms, an endoscopy/rhinoscopy unit, ultrasound, two HD camera enabled microscopes, digital x-ray and much more. Over the years the owners have invested in new pieces of technology and equipment to support individual veterinarians’ clinical interests. In addition to the diverse level of facilities, the caseload is equally varied, encompassing dogs (60%), cats (30%), birds, ferrets, exotics and pocket pets (10%). Services include radiography, cardiology, general surgery, internal medicine, ultrasound, advanced dentals, behaviour & dietary counselling, pain management and preventative care. The owners of this modern clinic extend a warm welcome to veterinarians at all career stages, including recent graduates. They offer exceptional mentorship opportunities without impeding professional autonomy, providing a perfect balance of clinical freedom and readily available support when needed. Key Highlights:  You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, alongside at least 1-2 other Vets at all times You will have roughly 14 hours of surgery scheduled each work for you to keep up to date with your skills Have a practice invest in YOU by giving you the space, time, and equipment to pursue your clinical interests so you can become the Veterinarian you always dreamed of! The stand-alone practice is very modern, in an excellent location in Scottsdale, plenty of onsite car parking and access to the latest technology and facilities Appointments will be scheduled for 30-60 minutes so you have adequate time to get to know your clients and families Work-life balance is highly encouraged at the clinic, working 36-40 hours a week, there will be no late nights, or unsociable hours.
