You'll partner closely with an experienced Practice Manager and leadership team to: Set and maintain high standards of medical quality Mentor and support fellow veterinarians Guide clinical decision-making and medical protocols Support staff development and collaboration Help strengthen hospital culture Identify opportunities to expand medical services Partner on hospital strategy, workflow, and operational improvements Elevate the overall patient and client experience You'll have meaningful influence over the hospital's medical direction while still remaining active clinically. The caseload includes: Preventive and wellness medicine General medicine Dentistry Spay and neuter procedures Soft-tissue surgery Diagnostics and medical workups The hospital offers strong diagnostic capabilities, including: Digital radiology In-house laboratory Reference laboratory support Surgical and dental capabilities There is also an opportunity for the incoming Medical Director to help expand services based on the needs of the community and their own clinical interests.
