We’re seeking a passionate DVM, looking to Join an awesome privately owned, and forward-thinking veterinary team dedicated to providing top-notch pet care in the vibrant communities of Phoenix, AZ! With over 60 years of excellence, our partners have earned a stellar reputation for delivering compassionate, high-quality services. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our forever progressing privately owned Hospital. At our client’s hospital, we believe in fostering a positive and family-friendly culture where pets are treated like cherished family members. We look for the right fit! You may be the most experienced DVM in the region, but if you don’t match our client’s team cultural attributes then applications will be halted! This means, we’re not only open to experienced DVM’s but open to newly graduated DVM’s keen to be part of a supportive team, who most importantly will fit in with their team and Hospital culture! Our commitment to outstanding pet care is supported by a robust team structure, with 6-7 support staff members per DVM, including a licensed technician. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, featuring 7 examination rooms, 2 surgical suites, a doctor's office, and 3 ultrasound units, enhanced diagnostics with digital X-ray services and much more! In addition to being a part of one of the best veterinary teams in Phoenix, we offer flexible scheduling with 4 days per week, providing options like 8.00am-5.00pm, 9.00am-6.00pm, or 10.00am-7.00pm with a 2-hour break to catch up on admin and have time for lunch! They understand the importance of continuous growth for their veterinarians, and to facilitate this, we allocate 1 dedicated surgical day for our new DVM each week if you wanted it! Additionally, you'll have one weekend in each month with working hours from 8.00am to 3.00pm, and they’ll even treat you to a hearty lunch! What we're looking for: -Strong communication and computer skills -A team player! We’re advocates for an awesome culture so someone to fit in with our current team is very important! -Special interests encouraged, with a bonus for a passion for dentistry and surgery! -A passionate, caring and experienced DVM. -A licenced DVM or a DVM able to gain licencing in Arizona.
