Your responsibilities include but not limited to:   Running the day-to-day operations of the hospital Supporting future recruitment of staff at the hospital Communicating cultural and clinical updates to the team Ensuring all doctors at the clinic are up to date in the latest procedures and techniques Working closely with your veterinary team to achieve individual learning and development goals – training and mentoring where applicable Ensuring client satisfaction is a high priority at all times through various client initiatives Fostering strong interpersonal relationships between all colleagues from all departments Maintain a strong understanding of all operational KPIs and utilizing them to make informed decisions Making sure that the hospital adheres to all safety, regulatory and operational standards As the Clinical Director, you will be highly compensated for your role through an incredible benefits package, sign-on bonus of up to $45,000 and profit-sharing. About you:  You must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited college or equivalent.   You must hold or have the ability to obtain an Arizona State Licence You must hold at least 4 years of clinical experience as a Veterinarian with a passion for leadership or a desire to move into a leadership position. Associate-level positions are also available if desired. Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential. You must have a genuine passion for veterinary care and motivation for continuous improvement Benefits:  Base Salary starts between $170,000-$230,000+ depending on experience level.
